Who are we?
Phi Chi Medical Fraternity was founded in 1889 and is the nation's oldest and largest medical fraternity. Our Kappa Chi Chapter at the University of Minnesota has been fostering brotherhood among medical students since 1920. We are a coeducational professional fraternity open to all medical students who share a commitment to medicine, scholarship, and service.

The UMN chapter is a 17-bedroom house with a mix of first and second-year students. We are located steps from the medical school campus and a door away from lifelong support.
ABOUT THE HOUSE:
Two-year lease (August 2026 - July 2028)
Rent: ~$600/month
All utilities, including WiFi, laundry, and basic food/household supplies
Free parking all four years
17 private bedrooms, shared bathrooms
Shared meals Monday-Thursday
Pre-planned social events (and plenty of spontaneous ones)!
Mentorship and built-in advice
